Cyfle i addysgu a datblygu staff i sicrhau eich bod yn cynnig y cyfleoedd gorau i blant bach Cymru

Mae’r cymhwyster Lefel 5 mewn Arwain a Rheoli Gofal, Chwarae, Dysgu a Datblygiad Plant yn addas i unrhyw un sydd wedi cwblhau cymhwyster lefel 3 Gofal, Chwarae, Dysgu a Datblygiad plant neu gyfwerth

Mae dau gymhwyster yn rhan o’r cymhwyster hwn :

  • Lefel 4 Paratoi ar gyfer arwain a rheoli ym maes Gofal, Chwarae, Dysgu a Datblygiad Plant
  • Lefel 5 Arwain a Rheoli Gofal, Chwarae, Dysgu a Datblygiad Plant: Ymarfer

Mae’r cymwysterau hyn yn addas ar gyfer staff profiadol sydd am ddatblygu eu potensial fel arweinwyr a’r rhai sydd â phrofiad mewn rôl arwain neu reoli yn y sector Gofal Plant.
