Polisïau Meithrinfeydd Dydd
Mabwysiadu, Perchnogi a Gweithredu Polisïau
Mae’n ofynnol i Fwrdd Rheoli pob lleoliad blynyddoedd cynnar sicrhau ei fod wedi mabwysiadu ystod o bolisïau sy’n angenrheidiol i waith y lleoliad, ac sy’n ddisgwyliedig gan AGC.
Mae Mudiad Meithrin wedi llunio templedi polisïau i hwyluso’r gwaith hyn i’r Meithrinfeydd unigol. Disgwylir i’r lleoliadau personoleiddio ac addasu’r templedi isod yn ôl anghenion penodol y lleoliad (ar wahan i Polisi yr Iaith Gymraeg) cyn eu mabwysiadu. Cofiwch gysylltu gyda’ch Cydlynydd Cefnogi Cylchoedd lleol am gyngor ac arweiniad yn ôl yr angen.
Wrth lunio neu addasu polisïau eich lleoliad, cofiwch sicrhau eu bod yn cydymffurfio yn llawn â rheoliadau a deddfwriaethau perthnasol e.e. Deddf Cyflogaeth, Deddf iechyd a Diogelwch, Deddf Gwahaniaethu ar Sail Anabledd, Deddf Plant, Rheoliadau Gwarchod Plant a Gofal Dydd (Cymru) a’r Safonau Gofynnol Cenedlaethol.
Dylai pob un polisi gael ei dderbyn a’i fabwysiadu gan Dim Rheoli’r lleoliad mewn cyfarfod sy’n cael ei gofnodi. Dylai pob un polisi gael ei arwyddo ar ran y lleoliad gan yr Unigolyn Cyfrifol / Person Cofrestredig / Rheolwr, a’u hadolygu yn flynyddol. Mae’n ofynnol bod pob aelod o’r Tim Rheoli a holl Staff y lleoliad yn gyfarwydd â pholisïau’r lleoliad a’u bod yn cael eu gweithredu’n llawn.
Os oes Unigolyn Cyfrifol / Person Cofrestredig / Rheolwr newydd yn cael ei benodi, mae’n rhaid iddo/iddi lofnodi copi newydd o’r ffurflen Mabwysiadu Polisïau.
Awgrymir defnyddio templedi’r ffurflenni Mabwysiadu Polisïau (Rheolwyr) a’r ffurflenni Mabwysiadu Polisïau (Staff) isod er mwyn hwyluso cadw’r manylion perthnasol. Dylid cadw pob ffurflen a lofnodir mewn ffeil gyda’r polisïau yn y lleoliad
